How To Order from Tender Steps

You can order from us online, in person or over the phone. 

ONLINE ORDER

To order online send us an email at jeramyemma@gmail.com with : TENDER STEPS ORDER as the heading. Include in email if you need it by a certain date so I can plan accordingly. We also offer gift wrapping ($1-$3 a item depending on size.)

With each of the patterns we have a pattern # next to pattern name. Please include that number in email 

Example: Large Stuffed Reindeer (LSR6)
Please include colors, and any theme, or pattern. Any other details you feel are needed.
Example: Purple, Blue, green, extra... and Christmas, Spongebob, ladybugs, flowers, trucks...extra..

We will need you to include a name and full address to ship package to.

Each item has a differnt shipping cost due to size, weight and shipping location. Once you email us your complete order we will get back to you with full price.
All online payments will be made thru Paypal.com to jeramyemma@gmail.com
You can mail check in mail if you prefer. Order won't be sent until check is received.

ORDER in PERSON

To order in person you need to be local to Sevier County Utah area, or traveling thru. We can be found at boutiques, farmers market in Monroe ,Utah, and in a few local stores. Or you can contact us by email, facebook, or phone to order and pick up.

When you order you'll need to know what item, animal, colors, themes, patterns extra... your wanting.
Please include colors, and any theme, or pattern.
Example: Dog, Cat, ... Purse, rice bag, ... Purple, Blue, green, extra... and Christmas, Spongebob, ladybugs, flowers, trucks...extra..Any other details you feel are needed.
We will need you to leave us contact information to reach you at, for when your order is completed.

We take cash, checks, and card (square app).

PHONE ORDER

To order over the phone send us an text at (435)-201-1450 with : TENDER STEPS ORDER. 
Let us know if you wish to order by calling, or over text. Why Text? Emma Tender Steps owner has a job a few days a week and has no access to her phone during that time.

If you wish to order by text message include the following in a 2nd text message. If you wish to call and talk to me let me know your name, and best time to call you back. If your on a differnt time then Utah let me know too so I don't call at wrong time. Thanks.
